About Me
Being behind a camera is not something new to me. When I was in high school I took my moms old Cannon film camera and started shooting one day for an art project. When I developed the pictures, I realized, I'm pretty good at this! I still have those first pictures I took, the lighting was perfect, the composition, flawless, I couldn't tell you the settings I used, or the lens, but I knew I loved it! Fast forward to today, married with 2 kids, my husband bought me a camera for all our travels, then it turned into a camera I used to capture my sons every moment, then my daughter, and now I am trying to capture everyone else! I have realized I love photographing faces, more then landscapes, which was always my speciality when I use to draw. There is something about human features I'm drawn to. Especially ones that are smiling! I hope to turn this love into something more, but not to the point that I stop loving it! I like to refer to myself as a hobbyist, a hobby will always be something you love!
