The holidays can get expensive, so I wanted to make updated family photos a little more affordable this season.

Something new is coming to Carnelian Photography! ✨

I’m now offering a Traveling Studio Add-On to my current session options! 🤍

For an additional $80, I’ll bring the backdrop, lighting, and studio setup directly to you. Perfect for milestones, birthdays, maternity, motherhood, couples, family portraits, branding, and more.

These are also a great option for the colder months when outdoor sessions aren’t ideal, especially for holiday cards, milestone photos, and cozy indoor portraits.

All of the examples shown here were photographed right inside my own home, so you do not need a traditional studio space. All I need is a clear indoor area with enough room for setup, and I’ll take care of the rest🫶🏻

Currently available with a classic white or soft pink backdrop, with more options available upon request! Also, fully customizable with props and decorations.

There’s been a lot of conversation lately about children’s photos being shared online, and as both a photographer and a mom, it’s something I care deeply about.

I’m incredibly thankful for every family who trusts me to capture their babies, their milestones, and the little moments that mean so much. I never take that trust lightly.

Sharing my work helps my business grow and allows other families to see the kind of memories I love creating, but your comfort will ALWAYS mean more to me than having another photo to post.

I have always honored requests from parents who didn’t want their child shared online, and I will continue to do that. No awkwardness, no pressure, and no explanation needed.

And in light of the conversations happening now, if I’ve shared photos of your child in the past and you’re no longer comfortable having them posted, please feel free to message me. I’ll be more than happy to remove them because your comfort comes first.

Some parents are completely comfortable with sharing. Some aren’t. Some may only want certain images posted. Whatever feels right for your family is what I want to respect.

At the end of the day, these are your babies, your memories, and your choice.

As we head into the holiday season, I wanted to share a little scheduling update🤎

This will be my daughter’s very first holiday season, and I’ve made the decision to close my books from November 16th through January 1st so I can be fully present and soak in that time with my family.

If you’re hoping for Christmas photos for cards, gifts, or holiday memories, don’t worry! We can absolutely get those scheduled earlier in November! I’d recommend booking ahead so there’s plenty of time for your session, gallery delivery, and ordering cards before the holidays✨

You can also continue booking ahead for 2027 sessions while I’m away!

I’m so incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted me with their memories this year. Thank you for supporting my little business and allowing me to do something I love while also being present for the people I love most.

I can’t wait to see you in 2027!🤎
