SpongeBob has finally headed out 🫡

I thought it would be fun to do a reshoot of some the senior parking spots on the last day of school to see how they held up — and spots with tree coverage are definitely the way to go!

This was a cool shoot to be a part of — can’t wait to see how the park develops over the next few months!

A big thank you to Sam in the Sky for taking drone photos of the Community Playscape construction. It is amazing to see the outdoor space addition from the sky!

We will continue to update as the construction process progresses.

We are just one week out from one of the most magical events in Waynesville! The Wizarding World of Waynesville is back for its second year! Last year's event was incredible with Harry Potter fans from multiple states converging on the Downtown Waynesville area -- turning Main Street into a real-life Diagon Alley.

It’s hard to beat a snow day in the Village ❄️

I wasn’t able to take nearly as many pictures as I wanted to because my drone was literally freezing up in the very cold higher-altitude temperatures, but here’s a few I was able to get today 🥶

I’ll try again tomorrow maybe if my drone will cooperate 🙏

It’s not often you see a house come down within the Village of Waynesville village limits, but last week one was demolished on Third Street and the property owner was nice enough to reach out and invite me to film it. It was a very windy day and the drone was struggling a bit, but the crew made pretty quick work of it.

Absolutely beautiful sunset tonight positioned perfectly over Wayne-Local Schools. The beams of sunlight shining through the lingering rain clouds was pretty epic.

Nature is incredible - and it can be incredibly dangerous.

Just outside of downtown Waynesville sits Corwin, Ohio, connected to town by Corwin Ave. After a historic amount of rain fall this past week, Corwin Ave and its two parks, Bowman Park and Clint Fultz Memorial Park, became completely overran with rain water and flooded to unbelievable depths. Both parks are completely flooded, cutting off Corwin Ave access for the time being.

The water was also dangerously close to some of the businesses on the Corwin side of Corwin Ave (Simple Roots Bulk Foods,Red Barn Lumber & Supply Co and Miami Valley Power Equipment), creeping up to both of their backyards.

To think nearly the entirety of the water is normally fields really brings into perspective how much water is there.

I took these photos today, April 6, 2025, at around 10am this morning as the rain began letting up for the week.
