Our first day of school was this past Monday. Yes, I know that was Labor Day and that the norm is for people to have that day off from work and school. However, it’s been so important and special to us to have Shayne home with us for our first day of school and for other major milestones. He is the leader of our family and we pray that God will open doors for our family to be together more in the future. Being a unit in every aspect of life and as we serve others is a top priority to us. We are thankful for the flexibility we have with homeschool and that it has strengthened our family unit. 🤍

It’s SO crazy to know that we will be meeting our little girl and becoming a unit of FIVE any day now!

This pregnancy has completely flown by with the busyness of life and trying to keep up with the boys. In my head I feel like I still have a ways to go, although I am feeling more ready every day.

We are SO excited to meet this little one and see how she fits into our little family.
The most important thing right now though is making sure we soak up every possible moment we can with our boys and the way things are right now. We know that she will come all in perfect timing.

I’m SO thankful we were able to squeeze in these pictures last weekend before her arrival. I will cherish these pictures and this season forever. 🤍

We had our FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL over the weekend! Yes, that's right we did school on Saturday. We had planned to start school last week but between one of our curriculum books getting lost in the mail and getting hit with a sickness we decided to wait. The boys didn't mind doing school on Saturday though. They excitedly woke up that morning and the first thing they said was "It's school day!". The BEST part was that Shayne got to be home with us! We are SO thankful for the flexibility we have with scheduling our schooling if needed and that Shayne doesn't have to miss out on these moments with his crazy work schedule.

I just can't believe how quickly our boys are growing up! They are our greatest gifts and Shayne and I have LOVED watching them learn and grow over the years. Being able to witness these moments and learning SO much from THEM in the process has been one of the biggest rewards! We are beyond grateful and honored to be their parents and have the responsibility of raising them and discipling them. We are so excited for this school year!
