Baby Sierra is growing way too fast 🥹

I had the sweetest opportunity to photograph her newborn session 6 months ago, and today she was back in my studio for her milestone + Fall session! 🤍

One of my favorite parts of being a newborn and milestone photographer is getting to watch these little babies grow and capturing each new stage along the way.

Sometimes the best sessions are the ones you never planned. 🤍

Yesterday, my daughter and I stumbled across this beautiful field while we had some time to kill. We were walking around when she said, “Mom, this would be such a pretty place for pictures.” I immediately agreed and immediately regretted leaving my camera at home.

A few minutes later, I watched a very pregnant mama and her partner pull up and start taking their own maternity photos. I debated saying something because… what kind of photographer approaches strangers and offers them a photoshoot when she doesn’t even have her camera? 😂

Apparently, me.

I introduced myself, showed them some of my work, explained that I specialize in maternity, newborn and family photography, and asked if they’d be willing to let me photograph them with the only camera I had with me…. my phone.

And I’m SO glad I asked.

What started as a completely random afternoon turned into an impromptu two-outfit maternity session for Matt & Gracie, and these are some of the results. 🤍

This was also my reminder to stop leaving my camera at home because you truly never know when you’ll stumble across a moment worth capturing.

Congratulations, Matt & Gracie. Thank you for trusting the random photographer who walked up to you in a field with an iPhone. 😂🤍

Selected models will receive:
• A complimentary session
• 10 professionally edited digital images

A signed model release is required at the time of booking, as images may be used for my portfolio, website, social media, and future advertising.
