Noah’s Beloved Kitty has his own sunglasses for car rides.
He is ragged. Overly washed. Deeply loved. He has a personality all “his” own and he is, without question, a member of this family.
And he’s slowly starting to get left behind.
Then there’s Brown Roar, Jeremy’s giant Jurassic Park T. rex. Preschool asked us more than once to swap him for something softer and less cumbersome. Never happened! Brown Roar was not being replaced by some stuffed toy. He became well known by all the kids and teachers that first year of preschool. Endless adventures, and endless searches for him before we could get out the door.
This is why I created The Beloved Series.
A session built entirely around the thing your child cannot sleep without. Not a prop. Not a styled add-in. The actual, real, falling apart, deeply loved thing.
Because one day it stays on the bed. Then the closet. And you’ll never be able to name the last day they carried it, because you didn’t know it was the last day.
Small and intentional, only 8 families.
