Hello everyone! I have been approached by several family members of the athletes that I photographed over the past 6 months asking if I would help teach them about photography. I'm happy to help so I decided to find out how many might want to attend some learning sessions. If you are interested in learning photography or just how to better use your camera please respond by email. I'm going to design the classes around the responses I receive. Well folks this appears to be the end of the line for my 22-23 wrestling season. Here are some memories from the D1 Individual Sectionals held at Shawano High School yesterday. Congrats to all! Good luck at State. It appears that the WIAA has very strict rules about who can shoot the tournament, so my plans have been "thwarted"! Maybe next year... It's been my privilege to work with the DCE Wrestlers this season. Last night was the Division 1 Team Sectionals. The team gave everything they had but lost to Bay Port. As a photographer, I'm always looking for emotion and intensity in whatever sport I am shooting. I'm guaranteed to find my fill at a match where Stratford and Marathon square off. The wrestling was excellent, the crowd electric and the photo opportunities were abundant. Nothing like small town wrestling. Thanks to Edgar for hosting this "Quad" last Friday night.
