Merrill Girls Tennis 🎾

This one is a little extra special for us. Stacy has been photographing Merrill Girls Tennis for more than 5 years, but this season was their first official photo day with NXT LVL Schools + Sports!

New this year included senior banners, a full NXT LVL photo day and our very first hype video with Colton!

A huge thank you to Morgan and the Merrill Girls Tennis program for continuing to trust us year after year. And apparently they aren’t getting rid of us anytime soon because we already have next year’s photo date on the calendar. 😂

Good luck this season, ladies! We can’t wait to see what you do!

📸 NXT LVL is hiring Photography Posing Assistants!

We're looking to add 3–5 reliable people to our team to help us during school and sports picture days throughout Central Wisconsin.

$15/hour | Part-time, as needed

You do NOT need to be a photographer or have photography experience. We'll teach you what we need!

Our posing assistants help keep picture days running smoothly by organizing students, helping with QR codes, getting kids ready for their photo, fixing jerseys and clothing, checking hair, helping with posing, and making sure the next person is ready to go.

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable and show up when they commit to a job
• Friendly and comfortable working with kids and teens
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable giving kids simple directions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available for occasional daytime, after-school and/or evening hours
• Able to stand and move around for several hours

This is an as-needed position, so there are no guaranteed weekly hours. We're building a small team that we can rotate depending on the location, date and size of each picture day.

⚽ Merrill Soccer Association Photo Day Schedule Update ⚽

Due to the forecasted weather, Monday, July 20 photo sessions have been rescheduled.

An updated photo schedule has now been completed. Please take a moment to review the new schedule carefully, as some teams have been moved to Wednesday, July 22, while others have been rescheduled to Monday, July 27.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled photo time to help everything run smoothly.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. We appreciate everyone's patience and look forward to seeing you on photo day!

📸 UPDATED SOCCER PHOTO SCHEDULE

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on the original schedule. We've reviewed the schedule and made several adjustments to better align individual photo times with team practices and games whenever possible.

⚽ Please review the updated schedule carefully, as many teams have new photo times.

With the size of the league and the number of teams being photographed over multiple days, it's impossible to make every schedule perfect. Our goal has been to keep each team's photo time as close to their scheduled activity as possible while keeping the event running smoothly.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility. We look forward to seeing everyone on photo day!

We’re planning a Sports Media Day in the Wausau area and looking for male and female athletes of all ages and sports to help us create fresh posing ideas and sample images and video for our leagues and sports programs.

This is a chance to be part of something new, have some fun in uniform, and help shape the look of future NXT LVL sports photos and video.

We’re looking for athletes in all sports
Team sports
Individual sports
Youth through high school athletes welcome

Think bold athlete portraits, media day style images and video, and creative poses.

If your league or school is planning team or individual photos this season, now is the time to get your date secured.

Prime availability, especially evenings, is limited and once those spots are filled, we are unable to add additional teams.

Planning ahead allows for a smoother, more organized photo day for everyone involved.
