Saturday is slow and more about mental health: gentle embodiment practice, mood boarding, sound healing, warm hearty food, and gentle body work (event price covers rotations through 15 minute massage, reiki, and more!)

Sunday is the spicy side of self care: a much more active day! With belly dancing, burlesque, and liquid motion, we'll be exploring "ritualizing yourself" and create a space to tap into whatever makes you feel beautiful, sexy, and unique.
This is a very active day, with plenty of time for breaks, and hearty food themed for fall.
