Good morning you beautiful souls 🌞
Amongst all of this incredible stuff, I'm back with another post op update! Because what the heck, I'm STILLL healing?! 🩹 😅

This healing journey has been a bit of up and down... mostly because I keep accidentally doing stuff I'm not supposed to be doing... like lifting a 40lbs bag of wood pellets before thinking 😫
But today the incision site looks great and I have very minimal swelling 👏 🙌 all good things, now to keeeep 'taking it easy' for just a bit longer while the internal stuff keeps healing 🤕

We're so excited so announce that we will be hosting collaborative wellness weekends!

We encourage you to join us in a year of wellness, a journey through the seasons of self care, four nature themed weekend events to support mindful exploration that help bring you home to yourself.

These weekends will be a combination of movement, crafts and workshops, as well as wellness offerings from all sorts of local providers! Our goal with these weekends is to showcase area studios, teachers, and wellness professionals, bringing together a weekend that supports this beautiful community inside and out!

These are the dates and basic themes for the year of wellness, mark your calendars if you want to attend, and feel free to reach out if you're feeling called to share your offerings!

We will be posting more information about the event coming up in September very shortly!
