Eric Benson Photography Eric Benson has been a studio and commercial photographer and photojournalist for over 20 years.

A native of Waterloo, Iowa, Benson began working as a photographer in the US Navy after attending photography school in Pensacola, Florida. He honed his skills shooting various still photographic assignments for the Navy which led to assignments in various countries worldwide to include China, Japan, Australia, North and South Korea, and throughout Southeast Asia. Eric earned his degree in Visual

Communications from Hawaii Pacific University in 2008 and has a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Electronic Media focused on Media Production and Leadership and a Minor in Journalism. Benson now lives in the Cedar Valley providing photography to a broad range of editorial, portrait, and commercial clients.
