As crazy of a start as it was for this photo shoot, the photos turned out beautiful! Having a photo shoot in Saratoga the same day as Travers can be a bit difficult. Especially when the location you initially agreed on (Yaddo Gardens) turns out to be closed on that day due to the big race! 🤦‍♂️Well, change of plans, we headed down to Congress Park which turned out to be perfect! The Downey family did such a great job, and went with the flow. Such a nice group to spend the morning with, and the photos really show the love they have for one another. Glad we were able to make it happen! (P.S. Happy Birthday )

What a day for a wedding! We were fortunate to get an opportunity to capture it for this adorable, and wonderful couple. It was a special occasion all the way around, including being the first ceremony held in the new Northway Church in Clifton Park. There are so many beautiful images that came out of the day, so it's only fair to share some of them! Enjoy!

I was honored when Sarah and Rory asked if I would photograph their wedding. I went to school (way back when) with Sarah, and always remembered her being such a wonderful, kind person. Interestingly enough, her fairy tale with Rory started back in those same school hallways. It's funny how fate has it's way of working it's way out.

So many great images from this celebration, that I had to share a few. Congratulations to you both! Thank you again for allowing me to capture the day.

It is always extra special to head out on a photo shoot, knowing it is a family I have photographed in the past. In this case, it was roughly a year ago when I had an opportunity to take photos of this group of adorable little ones. With their infectious smiles, and laughter, I seem to always be smiling on the other side of the camera while taking their portraits. Love this family, and hope to continue to get the chance to capture them as they grow.

Friday's wedding took us to Pavilion On Crystal Lake, in Middletown Ct. A beautiful venue on the water always makes for some wonderful photos, especially when you have an amazing couple like Benjamin and Kelly to work with. It's photos like this one that you just know the moment you take it, that it's something special. Kelly and Ben were troopers, dealing with a unruly number of mosquitoes, and trudging through who knows what kind of plants, to get gorgeous shots like this one. (At this point, we've determined it wasn't poison ivy thankfully.) We have so many great shots from the evening we spent with them, and were itching to share at least one (pun intended). Looking forward to their wedding in a couple months!!

This wedding was pure perfection from start to finish. Credit to The Century House for amazing atmosphere, and great food, as well as Paul Malo for keeping the dance floor packed all night long. Heather and Rob both made it so easy for us to capture some wonderful moments. They are one of those couples that make it feel like you're not just there as photographers, but part of the party. After getting to know them both over the last year, it was no surprise that the family and friends who surrounded them at their big day were just as fun loving and care free as they are. Thanks for letting us be a part of the celebration!!

We love it when the holidays bring families together, and what better time to get family portraits done! Even with temps dropping into the 30s, and a wintry mix, the Flaherty family thought warm thoughts and we were able to capture some wonderful images. This was quite the feat as some of them had just flown in from California the day before! We hope these images will be cherished for years to come.
