Time together as a family is a gift🧡
What a wonderful morning spent with the Michaelis Family! We braved the cold, the mud, a little wind… and it even started raining. They all did great, and that sweet little 1 year old did absolutely amazing!
Definitely one of the perks of my job as a photographer… Spending quality time with very special people.🥰

MERRY CHRISTMAS!🧡
My family… my greatest blessings🧡 I am truly thankful for each one of my crew, and am grateful for every moment of time we have together. We get together every year for a family photo, which can be challenging, with everyone going in many different directions. Sometimes I hire a photographer, and sometimes I put my camera on a tripod and shoot with a remote. This year, the remote stopped working during practice shots, so my son in law ran back and forth starting the timer.🤦🏼‍♀️ Long story short, we got what we wanted!😅
This photo session involves rushing kids home from school, cutting things short at work, leaving things that needed to be finished at the dairies, and this year, flying from Texas! My Carissa made it happen, and flew in the night before. That’s dedication!🥰
It has been my busiest year ever, with several more stores carrying my Clarice The Red Cow merchandise, and many new opportunities to expand my business. I am so grateful for the support, and never get tired of sharing the story of my sweet red Holsteins.🧡 My photography business is busy as well, and I love every minute of it all. The dairies have had ups and downs, but we carry on and keep our heads up, take the best care of our cows, and always keep God first and foremost. If farmers are one thing, they are resilient!💪🏻
I count my blessings every day, and am thankful and grateful for this busy life I have, surrounded by my sweet family… and the cows… I can’t forget the cows!😉
