This is an amazing 3D camera AND in pristine condition! Control the camera from your smartphone (android or iphone) or ipad with the Matterport app. Upload the tour in the app to their website. When the matterport website is done editing your tour, it will become available for you to share. (A Matterport subscription is required. Check out their plans at https://shorturl.at/jU3Oh.) They automatically create HDR pictures from every room of the tour making it possible that it can even do your listing pictures and virtual tour all in one sitting! You are able to login online to customize your tour: add labels, customize transitions, add links to video, setup guided tours, etc. If you do not know where to start, for an extra $300, I am happy to come to your office and help you start a subscription, show you the basics of customizing a tour as well as show you how to operate the equipment, answer questions, etc. The camera comes with a water-proof Nanuk 930 case, with internal padding to protect your camera. Also includes a VERY sturdy tripod with a quick release attachment for your camera. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL TO OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT! It is extremely user-friendly, but there are a lot of ways you can customize a tour that has a small learning curve if you choose to offer the best. This camera also scans with Lidar, enabling it to give pretty accurate measurements of each room in the dollhouse tour and to be able to print out floor plans for your clients.
