After a relatively slow and quiet winter; and the dreaded snow in February, the hustle of March was welcome and much needed! As slow as February was for us it’s crazy to think we finished up first quarter at just over 500 listings shot!

By the way; did you know that for as little as $315 (plus taxes because of course) you can get professional photos and video of your listing?

Dear reader; let this be a lesson in “never judge a book by its cover” and I was absolutely guilty of just that upon arrival. On the outside and bottom floor you see pure, raw, unenhanced (is that a word? I’m making it one) commercial space; but climbing the stairs you are welcomed to one of the most unique converted living spaces I’ve had the opportunity to see and shoot.
