🌸 Woke up this morning bright and early to get in line for the x Cherry Blossom Pop Up! Today only from 9-8 PM in NW DC! I waited about an hour to enter, but it was a fun time pre-celebrating the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler this weekend.

“I’m pregnant!” — one of the most joyful messages I can receive from past clients who have since become dear friends.

So what do two Liz’s who work in the creative industry do together? We discuss visions, design mood boards, and let our artsy souls guide us.

We spent two days in New York, running around the quiet setting surrounding our Airbnb cottage. Liz brought along most of her wardrobe, allowing me to style her in whatever matched my vision… an absolute dream! 🥹

At the end of this session, I noticed something shift in me. It reminded me how deeply fulfilled I feel when I’m creating with intention — dreaming up scenes, styling details, and exploring new places. Through creative direction and adventure, I discovered a new passion: styled maternity sessions.

💫 Celebrated my 30th the past week with some of my favorite people in true Liz fashion — polka dots, hehe! From a glamorous meal at , to live jazz at , to the birthday messages (thank you, everyone!)… my heart feels so full.

I thought I’d be sweet to look back at the birthday posts I’ve shared over the past ten years and turn them into a little collage. I wild how simultaneously short and fast time goes by, but I have so much to be thankful for.

Also, my last photo is a shoutout to my lovely friend, Marley. She painted my nails like a QUEEN! I cannot phantom how talented my friends are.

To answer your question: Yes, this jumpsuit is destroyed from all it’s endured over time! 🤣

It’s so comical whenever I see videos of myself photographing couples. I tend to feel the after-effects, but I never recall the wild contortions and movements that cause all the pain and scratched up clothing following a photoshoot.

What’s even more hilarious is that my couples witness my odd behaviors every. single. time. This video is nothing compared to what I’ve done prior, including falling over a tree stump as a bride and groom exited their ceremony. Don’t worry, I still got the shot, my friends! 😏

Us, photographers have no shame. The desire for epic photographs truly outweighs our pride, haha!

Also, it brings me joy watching the strangers faces light up while they witnessed this moment. What an absolute thrill it is to be a photographer!
