Miami was a whirlwind – the weather changing every 5 minutes (welcome to FL lol), the food, the people, the things to do and places to see.
Here are my top 5 fave things we did in Miami:
✈️ Vizcaya Museum & Gardens - an absolutely beautiful and jaw-dropping lush, green oasis filled with history and 10 acres of stunning garden displays.
✈️ Marabú - a delicious Cuban restaurant in Brickell City Centre with eye-catching decor, tasty cocktails and a menu that’ll leave you wanting to try every dish. I got the Traditional Cuban bowl with roasted pork, white rice, black beans, yuca and sweet plantains.
✈️ Brickell City Centre - If you’re looking to shop around while you escape a passing storm, come to City Centre for a cool indoor/outdoor shopping experience while taking in the city views from the lookout spots.
✈️ Limonada Bar + Brunch - bottomless mimosas. Need I say more? No, but I will, their Nutella french toast was SO good and the vibes immaculate, from the lemon-themed yellow decor to the mini swimming pool in the outside eating area, it’s a good time all around.
✈️ Bodega Taqueria y Tequila South Beach - if you’re looking for a bite after a day at the beach, this is the spot.
✈️ Sunny Isles Beach - wanting to escape the crowds at Miami Beach? Try Sunny Isles instead for a change of pace and the same clear blue water.
