TRIBUTE TO A MATRIARCH: EZINNE LOLO BRIDGET OCHIAWUTO NJOKU AZUMADUIRI (1950-2026)- DrEmma Dominique
Excel Magazine International Washington DC mourns with one of our own.
With heavy hearts but total submission to the will of God, we announce and honor the glorious transition of a beloved mother, grandmother, and woman of faith — Ezinne Lolo Bridget Ochiawuto Njoku Azumaduiri, who slept in the Lord on July 26, 2026, at the age of 76.
Mama was not just a mother; she was a builder of values. A virtuous woman whose life was defined by love, faith, kindness, and unwavering strength. She was the beloved mother of our dear sister, friend and partner in progress — Dr. (Mrs) Ugochi Emma Njoku-Ndu, and beloved mother-in-law to Hon. Mike Ndu.
In her 76 years on earth, Ezinne Lolo Bridget touched lives with her gentle spirit, her deep faith in God, and her motherly warmth that welcomed everyone as her own child. She has finished her race, fought a good fight, and has gone to rest in the bosom of the Lord.
As we join the entire Njoku and Ndu families in this moment of grief, we also join them in celebration of a life well-lived — a life filled with love, faith, and kindness.
