Perfect homemade snack for kids… and husbands too 😋

• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/3 cup peanut or almond butter
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1 cup blackberries
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/4 cup water

1. Line or lightly grease a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the blackberries and water. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat. Stir in the chia seeds and let simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally and lightly mashing the berries.
3. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until combined. The mixture should stick together, add a little more nut butter if too dry, or more oat flour if too wet.
4. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the oat mixture for the topping.
5. Firmly press the rest into the prepared loaf pan.
6. Spread the blackberry mixture evenly over the top.
7. Crumble the reserved oat mixture on top.
8. Refrigerate until firm.

Slice, snack, and enjoy 😉
