Had the pleasure of capturing a 60th birthday party recently. I always find in interesting that although I don’t advertise or post -EVER- about me doing event photography, Google always leads them to me and I get to tap into that other side. So guess this is my 1st post taking about it lol

Last nights gig took me to a new place!.
I love living in the DMV because there are so many opportunities and hidden gems for shoots.

Today officially marks 15 years Lanette and I walked down the aisle surrounded by our family and friends. There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not thankful for the love, care, conversations, laughs and everything in between that I get to share with her. I love you and I love us together even more. 😘

Now, because I’m a photographer, you can only imagine the number of photos I have of her and us collectively. But in true selfless fashion not only do I want to share this milestone with you all. I also want to shout of the photographers along the way that allowed us to be us in front of their cameras.

I’ve tried aerial silks before but this was aerial yoga. Imagine being tangled in silks doing warrior poses. It was challenging, relaxing and an overall a great experience.
