Earlier this year, and before the pandemic hit, I had the honor and pleasure of photographing Wall Street attorney-turned-best-selling author, Isabelle Laflèche .lafleche, for her latest book! Fellow Montréalers, we bonded immediately. As it was a book cover shoot, we had fun with bright, punchy, playful colors and backdrops, and really got adventurous and exploratory with the numerous backgrounds and vibes of each area.

How many times have you ignored your inner thoughts and drowned them out with...things? How often do you make time to hear your inner thoughts? How often do you carve out “me time”? Is it possible? Is it enough?

Here, we’ll say this setup was a sun salutation of sorts...It was a beautiful day and our photo shoot certainly ended up being a nod to living life in the NOW.

In this very personal book (published by major Québec publisher, Les Éditions de L'Homme ), Isabelle shares how she went from being a stressed-out corporate lawyer in a large New York firm to an author of novels and speaker in the spiritual field.
