🎬 Sometimes the simplest word carries the deepest meaning.

At the screening of Carl Brister’s HELLO Cinematic Short Film, I had the opportunity to share my vision as the director and the message behind the story.

In a world where families are separated by war, distance, and life’s challenges, never take a simple “hello” or “I love you” for granted. ❤️

And yes, we really did get that piano down by the river! 😂🎹 Sometimes bringing an artist’s vision to life means doing whatever it takes.

Season 2 The Voice winner and Golden Hill United Methodist Church Pastor Jermaine Paul shared a message of encouragement with the community during the 2nd Annual Bridgeport The Arts Festival.

“The key to keeping your joy is remembering that God is always with you. He’s always there when you feel lonely. When you feel like nobody sees you, God is in the midst. He’s with you.”

Paul then performed “Make Room” by Jonathan McReynolds, reinforcing his message about the importance of making room for God to work in your life.

Episode 3 — still building this thing brick by brick.

My process is simple and intentional:
I source samples from — easy-to-clear samples, and a lot of joints come with full stems, which opens things up creatively.

I chop everything on the MPC Renaissance, flipping the samples using the Serato Sampler plug-in, then bring it home with final recording and arrangement in Logic Pro X.

One pack.
One idea at a time.
Still one of many projects dropping this year.
