Who I am as a person is inseparable from how I run my business. My photography is grounded in humanity — in seeing people fully, treating them with dignity, and telling their stories with care. I believe in social justice, and this informs how I move through the world and the choices I make.

I believe that immigrants make America stronger.
I believe Black Lives Matter.
I believe in evidence-based science and public health.
I believe in bodily autonomy.
I believe in reproductive freedom.
I believe LGBT+ rights are human rights.
I believe in protecting the safety and dignity of marginalized people.

I absolutely oppose and condemn the harmful and cruel actions of the Trump administration — way too many things to list here — but what prompted me to make this post is watching what is playing out in Minnesota with ICE.

I watched a mom get shot in the face.
I watched masked men with guns take a five-year-old child.
I watched them force an elderly man out of his home wearing nothing but underwear in subzero temperatures.
I’ve seen the long list of names of all of those that have died in ICE detention centers.

While I regularly speak out about all of this stuff on my personal account, it felt inauthentic to not say anything here.

If you’re interested in working with me, you should know who I am and what I stand for. If you support ICE or Trump, I am not the photographer for you.

It’s Indigenous People’s Day. Google removing it from their calendars doesn’t change that.

Here are some photos of the Pokanoket Tribe here in Rhode Island, from June of 2024, when they gathered for their annual Strawberry Moon Thanksgiving celebration. It was an honor and a privilege to be welcomed in to take these portraits.

In their own words, “The Pokanoket have lived on these lands for time immemorial. They are still here, and they are a community deeply connected to their heritage. We celebrate the Pokanoket tribe, pictured here on their incestral lands in Sowam.”

It was a beautiful, golden evening with this gem of a family. 🥰

It’s been a minute since I’ve shown my face on here and done an introduction!

I’ve been a photographer for just about 10 years but you already know I’m a photographer, so enough of that.

Personally, when I’m looking for a photographer for myself or for family portraits, I don’t just want someone who can take good photos. I want to work with someone fun and someone who will make the photo shoot a good time.

So here are some fun things about me:

•Currently obsessed with Chappell Roan and I’m listening on repeat
•I love Halloween and I love putting together a costume every year. This year I’m being Chappell Roan lol
•The dog in the second photo is my sweet baby girl Rosie. I love her so much.
•I also have a black cat named Pickle and he is the most handsome boy alive
•I LOVE karaoke
•I love to read and I get so attached to characters. I particularly love fantasy and I think Brandon Sanderson is an absolute genius. I wept after finishing his Mistborn series. Anyone else cry at the end of a book/series?

Let me know in the comments what you’re reading and your go-to karaoke song. 🙃

In June I had the incredible honor of photographing the Pokanoket Tribe as they gathered for their annual celebration of Strawberry Moon Thanksgiving. The Pokanoket have lived on these lands for time immemorial. They are still here, and they are a community deeply connected to their heritage. We celebrate the Pokanoket Tribe, pictured here on their ancestral lands in Sowams.

Today, on Indigenous Peoples Day, I encourage you to find out which Indigenous lands you live on.

I want to acknowledge that while I hold the copyright to these images, I am sharing them with the permission of the Pokanoket Tribe.
