This time, I’m starting with the sunset portraits because Kristen & Greg absolutely deserve the spotlight. Their wedding day at Blithewold Mansion was filled with so much love, appreciation, and support from their family and friends that it was impossible not to feel it in every moment.

Surrounded by the beauty of the botanical gardens, these two created a celebration that was stylish, chic, and effortlessly natural. Every detail felt intentional, every moment genuine, and every photograph reflected the joy they share together. A fun couple, a fun wedding, and a day that reminded me why I love what I do.

Every year around this time, the beloved peonies arrive for their annual portrait session.
Beautiful, sensitive, and just a little dramatic.
Long, elegant stems, layers of silky petals, and always a challenge when asked to stand up straight and move a few petals away from their face for the camera.
If peonies were people, I imagine they’d be somewhere between Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn, effortlessly beautiful, slightly mysterious, and fully aware of their charm.
For a few short weeks each year, they grace us with their presence before making their grand exit until next spring.
And yes... they absolutely know they’re the stars of the garden.

Lienzer Dolomiten, my hometown.
I spent over a week at home reconnecting with many people I am deeply grateful to have met in person, each of whom has helped guide me through the incredibly difficult process of elderly care.

My mom, once such an active and vibrant woman, is now lost in a world that is hard to understand and even harder to comprehend. Dementia/Alzheimer’s is a dark, deeply sad place to be in, for her, and for those who love her.

I am truly thankful for the kindness, support, and compassion that has been shown to both of us. It means more than words can express

Sarah and Brian’s wedding in Newport, Rhode Island felt like a beautiful celebration with their closest friends. From the moment the day began, we could see how excited they were to be starting this journey together.
