Choose Kindness 💗

Bullying is never “just a joke.” Words can hurt. Being left out can hurt. Constant teasing, rumors, comments, or making someone feel like they aren’t good enough can leave scars that people may carry for years.

You never truly know what someone is going through behind closed doors. The person you’re laughing at today could be fighting battles you know nothing about.

We should never have to worry about our kids being bullied in school or anywhere for that matter and a lot of the times it’s not just face to face it’s over social media etc . But we do it’s not hard to be kind to one another .

Teach your children to be kind. Teach them to stand up for others. Teach them that being different isn’t something to be ashamed of. And most importantly, teach them that kindness is never weakness. ❤️

If you see someone being bullied, don’t be a bystander. Speak up. Include them. Check on them. Sometimes one person choosing to be kind can make all the difference.

Be the reason someone feels accepted, not the reason they feel alone. 🫶
