One of my favorite things is when families show up ready to play, laugh, and simply love on one another. Those sessions always feel so natural and genuine, and they often create the sweetest images. I especially love when the kids come up with their own game ideas—those little suggestions almost always turn into the most fun and memorable moments.

Harper would have happily stayed all evening taking pictures, and honestly, I think we all could have! Watching these kiddos run, play, and enjoy being together was such a joy.

And can we talk about that family photo with West sticking his tongue out? Normally, I might not deliver a traditional family portrait like that, but this one made me smile too much not to include it. Photography is about more than perfect poses—it’s about telling your family’s story. Years from now, I want you to look back and remember exactly who your kids were in this season of life. The silly faces, the big personalities, the endless energy—those are the moments that make these memories truly priceless.

I wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up that I will be taking some much-needed time away to celebrate my birthday and spend time recharging. I will not be responding to messages, texts, emails, or inquiries from June 1st–June 7th.

This little break will allow me to step away, rest, and come back refreshed and ready to give my clients my very best. All messages received during this time will be responded to in the order they are received once I return.
