This is Shaney Riley, who I worked with at Noritsu America and a good friend.
Shaney can tell an idiot they are an idiot in very creative ways. For example, NAC had a hiring increase, and the candidates needed to be culled to the best qualified. A senior specialist described the selection process: "If they manage to get all of their names on the paper, they are likely to be hired." Shaney was on site to observe R. C. doing his first QSS2611 install. As technicians, we mixed the working tank solution in the processor using the processor rack as a mixer. Working tank solutions, Color Developer, Bleachfix, and Stabilizer come with simple volume formulas known as "to make 1 liter," so each part is multiplied by tank volume. For example, H2O X 12 Part A X 12Liter would equal the amount required for the part, and so on.
R.C. filled the working tank to the top, minus the processer rack, added all parts, and was surprised to find the tank overflowed. Shaney " What kind of moron are you? Have you never said Ice to a glass of pop and noticed the liquid level rise?
