I am wrapping up editing photos from a busy October which included 4 family sessions, 3 high school senior sessions, one precious newborn session, a commercial real estate shoot, and a wedding in California (my beautiful best cousin's wedding! 💐).
I love, and am so thankful for, my job as a photographer! It brings so much joy to my life; from wearing my silly hat to get those real smiles from the Littles (and the adults too, let's be honest 😆), finding creative angles and perspectives, scouting out beautiful locations and colorful skies, and concluding each session with a collection of memories in photos for each family I meet- it is truly an honor and a blessing and I LOVE IT!
I am still booking sessions for November, so if you're hoping to send out Christmas cards with an updated family photo, or give family photos as a gift to your loved ones, shoot me a message and we'll get your session scheduled!
The photos below are of my cousin Ducky and myself, in approximately 1989 and 2022 (the only photo we got together at her wedding, but a treasure forever!). 💜

One week ago today my family and I, and many friends and loved ones of the bride and groom, got to witness the union of these two beautiful souls. It was dreamy, romantic, and magical, and such an honor to be there, and also to have the privilege of taking wedding photos for my cousin and her love.
We love you AJ and Ducky! Wishing for you a lifetime of love and joy together. ❤️

Who would have thought we'd have a snowstorm in April, and that on the coldest and snowiest day I would be photographing an outdoor wedding in the park!?
But.. how beautiful is this!! It may have been freezing cold, but it was a magically beautiful snowy wedding in April!

As a family photographer in 2021, I love that my holiday season was full of family reunion style sessions. It showed me that not only are families are still doing life together, but also that they value their time together so much they hire a photographer to capture the special moment in time! 📸
This year, I hope and pray that we are all able to connect with the ones we love like we did back in the twenty-teens! ❤

Mini Fall Sessions @ the Barn include up to 10 digital images of your family and each kid and couple. Sessions are done in 15 minute increments.. short and sweet, and only $75!
