💯 Days. 100 wake-ups. 100 times asking myself, “Why am I doing this to my body?” 😂
I’m not gonna lie… every single morning I still dread getting up for camp. The snooze button and I are basically in a toxic relationship. But somehow, I made it through 100 days at Burn Workout, and it’s been worth every sore muscle, every puddle of sweat, and every “are burpees even legal?” moment.
Huge thank you to my amazing wife ❤️, you’ve been my partner, my motivator, and sometimes my drill sergeant (“get up, we’re going!”). This journey has been so good for us, not just for our health, but for our marriage too. Some of my favorite mornings now are when we pray together after workouts, it’s been life-giving in ways I never expected. 🙏
And of course, massive shoutout to our Burn trainers 🔥 for pushing me way past what I thought I could do. You guys somehow make pain feel like progress, and that’s a rare talent.
Lastly, I just have to say, I love this community. The encouragement, the energy, the shared suffering (and sweating)… it makes all the difference. 💪
100 days down… and who knows, maybe 100 more. (But don’t expect me to stop complaining about burpees anytime soon. 😅)
