On Sunday, it was a little questionable as to whether or not I'd be able to meet up with the Santhouse family. We decided to roll the dice and go with it...and so glad we did! The afternoon was gorgeous...and it allowed us to recreate a few shots that were taken when Riley was just 2 or 3 years old. Love this one!

Once upon a time, Autumn babysat for me while I was out photographing families during Covid. She's all grown up now and asked me to take pictures of her and her sweet boyfriend. I'm fairly sure she knew what to expect, but he did not. Poor guy got a workout! But I promise you it was worth it. I can't wait to edit more of them.

I don't normally shoot in the middle of July, but when I do, I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to get the shot. In the case of Sunday's photo shoots, it meant a lot of sweating, but it was also 100% worth it. Love this shot!
