Assistant Smart Displays can either display a clock or photos when they are not being actively. For the past few weeks, Google has been testing a new background ‘Photo Frame’ that brings the Weather Frog from mobile Search to Nest Hubs.


This “Google Weather Frog” has been in testing on the Nest Hub since at least September. More end users have encountered it over the past few weeks, but it’s not yet an officially rolled out capability.

Once available, heading to the on-device background settings — “Hey Google, change photo frame” — will reveal a new option at the top of the list. It interestingly appears above the standard options for Google Photos, Art gallery, and Fullscreen clock.

Like when you have a rotating carousel of pictures, the time appears in the bottom-left corner. Next to it is the current (“Now”) weather condition and temperature, while you can also see the next two days of forecasts.

This week, a topless photo of Claudia Conway was posted onto her mother, Kellyanne Conway’s Twitter account. Posted via Twitter’s ‘Fleets’, Claudia accused her mother of leaking the picture in one of many allegations of abuse the 16-year-old has made against her mother, who is a former aide to Donald Trump. Kellyanne is yet to publicly comment on the matter.

Claudia has since recanted her allegation, telling TikTok followers her mother ‘would never intentionally do that’ and that she now believes Kellyanne was hacked. The incident has now been passed over to police in New Jersey who have launched an investigation into the leak.

Police in New Jersey reportedly visited the home of former Trump White House advisor Kellyanne Conway.
The Alpine police visit came a day after Conway’s 16-year-old daughter Claudia complained on social media about a topless photo of her that briefly appeared on her mom’s Twitter account.
In a social media post Tuesday, Claudia Conway said she did not believe her mother had posted the image.
