Grab some tasty hydration and pipe your favorite tunes or a meditation through the Bluetooth system. Stepping into the sauna fills you up with that feeling you get when basking in the sun. You feel warmed from within, and it is so rejuvenating. 🔥

The combo of sauna - plunge - sauna is our favorite and has become a routine part of our lives 3-4 times a week. Getting back into the sauna to warm up afterwards feels incredible.
