Shooting a proposal at one of the prettiest locations in Cleveland was something to remember! Rachel had her suspicions, but Joey ended up pulling off the ultimate surprise! He even flew in her bestie from another state...how sweet is that? 🥰 The ring was gorgeous and the tears were all happy!
