🎃 That’s a wrap on the 2026 festival season!

What a great day at the Wading River Spooktacular Fall Festival at the Duck Ponds!

A big thank you to all my friends who came out to see me, and a special thank you to all the new friends I made. I truly enjoyed the conversations, whether we were talking about my work, photography in general, or simply sharing stories. Meeting people and making those connections is one of my favorite parts of doing these shows.

This was my last festival of the season, and what a great way to finish!

I’m hopeful that my next show will be a big one on the South Fork in 2027, but nothing is official just yet. I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted!

That’s a wrap for the Wading River Fall Festival at East Wind! 🍂

A big thank you to the Wading River Chamber of Commerce for putting together such a great event!

And a special thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, browse my photography, and see my work in person. I truly enjoyed the conversations, meeting new people, and catching up with familiar faces. It all made for a wonderful day!

And along the way, a few pieces of my photography found new homes, which is always a nice bonus!

🍁 The Wading River Fall Festival is on for this Sunday! 🍂

After last weekend’s postponement, I’m looking forward to being part of the Wading River–Shoreham Chamber of Commerce Fall Festival!

📅 Sunday, October 18th
🕚 11 AM – 5 PM
📍 The Shoppes at East Wind, Wading River

I’ll be there with a selection of my Long Island fine art photography, including large metal prints, canvas gallery wraps, framed photographs, and matted prints.

If you’re in the area, stop by, say hello, and take a look at my work in person. I’d love to see you!

There will also be live music, food trucks, local vendors, and plenty of fall activities for the whole family.

Going where nobody goes… and sometimes you get rewarded.

This quiet stretch of the Peconic River in Riverhead gave me one of those moments — dramatic skies, fall color, and reflections all coming together at once.

Sometimes the best photographs are found just a little farther off the usual path.

Fall Festival Update

This weekend’s festival has been cancelled due to the storm and has been rescheduled for October 18th.

That means I’ll now be at two fall events in one week — October 18th and October 24th..Both here in Wading River.

I’ll have a selection of my framed photography, metal prints, canvas pieces, and matted prints available at both shows.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in October — and hopefully with much better weather! 📷🍁

Sometimes the photograph is hiding in plain sight.

Some of my favorite images haven’t come from traveling somewhere extraordinary. They’ve come from places and subjects I might have passed dozens of times before finally seeing them differently.

An old tractor. A weathered building. A quiet dock. A familiar stretch of water.

Sometimes all it takes is different light, a different season—or simply stopping long enough to notice.

That idea became the subject of my latest Journal entry:

📸 New on the Journal
