A lot of you who have been here for a while may remember what our family went through in 2017 when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It’s a journey that changes you forever.

Last year, a longtime client and friend reached out to me from the hospital, her own daughter had just received the same diagnosis. My heart broke for her, knowing exactly what she was walking into.

One year later, her beautiful, strong girl is celebrating a full year of living with T1D and not letting it slow her down for even a second.

I’m so honored to capture this milestone and celebrate what a true T1D warrior she is. 💙
