Just got my green dot! After diving into basic photonics and having middle of the night thoughts, I'm reviving a 20-year-old laser. Tracked down the original manufacturer of the flash lamp, and now I'm waiting 8 weeks for a custom batch of 5. Time to fine-tune the alignment! Green dot is just a halogen lamp going through the laser to simulate the laser beam path. Geeky.

Portrait session for Mykhayla's Quinceañera. That dress was stunning and she did her own hair and makeup. This was just a few images from the session. Her Quinceañera celebrated the change into adulthood on her 15th birthday. I opted for an indoor session, as the weather can be fickle. Can you believe this is the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce meeting room? Mykhayla had her semi traditional Quinceañera at the georgetowneventcenter and it was so much fun being a part of the day.
