There’s just something about golden hour. 🤍

That warm light, the soft glow, the way everything suddenly feels a little more beautiful… it’s one of my favorite times to photograph families.

These were taken during golden hour, and I love how the light gives these images such a natural, timeless feel. Nothing overly posed—just a family enjoying being together and letting me capture it.

A little introduction… 🤍

I realized there are a few new faces here, so I thought I’d introduce myself.

I’m the person behind the lens at Natalia Burrows Photography.

I’m a wife, a mom to three incredible girls, and someone who truly believes that every season of life is worth remembering.

My faith is the foundation of who I am. It shapes the way I serve my clients, and the way I see the beauty in the moments God gives us. Whether I’m photographing a growing family, a graduating senior, an engagement, or a wedding day, my goal is always the same—to create images that tell your story with authenticity and purpose.

Photography has become so much more than taking beautiful pictures. It’s about preserving memories that your family will look back on years from now and remember exactly how this season of life felt.

My favorite place to photograph is outdoors during golden hour, where the light is soft, the atmosphere is peaceful, and everyone has the freedom to simply be themselves.

The way the light softens.
The way everything slows down.

As backpacks are packed, alarm clocks are set, and a new school year begins, I know this season brings a mix of emotions.

For some, it’s excitement.
For others, it’s uncertainty.
For many parents, it’s another reminder of just how quickly time is passing.

Whatever this school year holds, one thing remains the same:

God is already there.

He goes before our children into every classroom, every friendship, every challenge, and every opportunity they’ll face.

So today, instead of worrying about what we can’t control, let’s choose to trust the One who can.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

As a mom, this verse is one I come back to often. It’s a reminder that our children never walk into a new season alone.

… and Tomorrow, our family is heading out on vacation, and I’m especially grateful for this time together before the rhythm of school begins again. In the middle of busy schedules and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to forget that some of life’s sweetest moments happen when we simply slow down.

My prayer is that over the next few days we’ll unplug a little, laugh a lot, make memories our girls will never forget, and be fully present with one another. Those moments are gifts from God too.
