It's my Birthday today, so I thought it would be a good time to do another "get to know me" post! Rather than coming up with some things about myself, I asked a few friends who have known me for a long time to help me out. I wouldn't have come up with half of these things on my own, so I appreciate my people seeing me. 🥰

She cried over not getting Backstreet Boys concert tickets in high school.
While Crystal connects deeply with music (it's one of her life's greatest passions; she's a human jukebox), she's not overly sentimental. So when she does say something tender or emotional, it really hits home. I still remember on my wedding day, which was tiny and involved only immediate family, getting a voicemail from her. I'll never forget her sweet voice saying, "I'm thinking about you so much today!" For some reason, that sentiment from her helped me stay calm and steady on a day that so often fuels anxiety.
Her favorite way to bring in the new year is by watching the sunset on a beach.
She thought Squid Games was real.
Crystal has travelled near and far for Harry Styles and Avett Brothers concerts. She especially loves Harry Styles for his music, artistry, advocacy, and authenticity.
Crystal lights up the room, makes you feel comfortable and seen, and will add fun into the mix. Whether it’s thought provoking topics, a game that will make you laugh, or dancing to a song you want to play on repeat. She has always been the best balance of chill, caring and supportive. She shows up, travels the distance, and is loyal beyond measure!

She loves the little things. Slow mornings, sunrises/sunsets, good cup of coffee or glass of wine, reading/podcast, moving her body and staying active, her circle, spontaneous day trips, beach days.
