This post is for all the new faces out there.
I’d like to say, “Hey!”. My name is Seth Tadlock, and I’ve been around cameras and technology my whole life. I currently have been a licensed videographer for 7 years, doing business as Tadlock Films. I got my business license one year out of high school thanks to over at . He got me my first paid gig, and made me realize that I really could achieve my goal of making money from making videos.
I also have to give credit to my High School video teachers: Jim Sill, and Brian Lucas. I only had Mr. Sill for one year and he is the reason I am so hard on myself when it comes to videography. And I give credit to Mr. Lucas for three years of leadership, encouragement and trust when it came to me borrowing thousands of dollars worth of gear every day/weekend after school.
All that to say, I’ve been making videos for a while now. If you’ve seen my posts and not my face, here it is.
Thanks to everyone I’ve gotten to know and work with. This has been my full time job since 2017, and it really is just the beginning.
