Appreciation or Vindictiveness?

Yesterday’s account suspension taught me a couple things.

1. No matter how kind you are, some people will never view your actions as kindness because of the lens they view things through.
2. I won’t stop being kind just because some people are miserable. Because to me kindness isn’t something you reciprocate, it’s a part of your character, and not connected to others’ actions.
3. People can be lame 😂

So Wednesday’s message is to be kind even when people are lame. Because our behavior is about ourselves, no one else. No excuses.

I’ve created a semi- backup account just in case the “lames” act up again 😂. Give me a follow.

The road to your best life isn’t easy. That’s why most people don’t get there.

When you’re grinding, and those obstacles keep showing up, and everything feels difficult and uncomfortable, that’s a sign you’re stepping out of that comfort zone.

You’re stepping away from what the crowd is doing.

You’re leaving the familiar and getting closer to that life you want, but are unsure if you can have it.

F that! You can more than have it. You deserve it. Now go be uncomfortable AF!

One of my favorite local photogs reminded me how fun it is to capture movement.

So i had to get after it, and it felt so good to do more of the work that really scratches that creative itch.

I’ve been wanting to shoot in gyms more often lately, so I was stoked when said she wanted a gym shoot.

I heard someone say once, “if that voice in your head was another person, would you be friends with that person?”

That one hit home, because that voice in my head has a tendency to talk trash about me. 🤦🏽‍♂️😂
