Holy s**t. This just happened. And for some reason, it took VDOT and first responders well over 15 minutes to get to the scene despite being easily accessible.

My YouTube channel, HADS Wire Service, is now uploading pre-recorded Virginia Department of Transportation traffic cam footage showing crashes as they happened. Mostly it'll be focused on the Hampton Roads area but on quiet days and when there's a big enough crash, we will upload videos from outside of HR. Obviously, VDOT and the Virginia State Police can use these videos however they see fit but media organizations and those that make money from videos will need to cite my YouTube channel as their source. I'm the only one in the US uploading VDOT traffic footage because it's only possible from the website I have special access to so don't try and pull a fast one.
