Fall is quickly approaching, and before we know it, the holiday season will be here! ❤️ I’m sharing my availability early this year because my calendar for styled Fall & Holiday Mini Sessions is extremely limited.

If you’ve been thinking about updating your family photos, creating beautiful holiday cards, or simply capturing this season together, now is the time to secure your spot!

🍂 ALL FALL + HOLIDAY MINI SESSIONS INCLUDE:
✨ 15 minute session
✨ 15 artist’s choice edited images
✨ $250 (normally valued at $450)
✨ Gallery upgrade option available

A signed contract and $50 non-refundable and non-transferable retainer are required to officially reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on the date of your session.

A little note about the setups: Each venue creates and styles its own seasonal setups, so the exact designs are subject to change from year to year. While I don’t control the final styling, these venues have created absolutely beautiful setups year after year, and there will be several wonderful options to choose from! 🍁🎄

Another summer evening at the beautiful Backyard Wildflower Patch in Chesapeake, Virginia—and we were all VERY thankful those summer storms decided to hold off! 🙌⛈️☀️

While this summer may not have given the wildflowers their biggest, boldest blooms, that didn’t stop these families from bringing plenty of beauty of their own. ❤️

Giggles. Little adventures. Tiny hands exploring. Parents soaking in the moment. And families simply being themselves.

This week I got to capture something a little extra special—a beautiful couple who wanted their surf session to feel like an engagement session, but in a way that truly reflected who they are.

There’s something extra special about watching a family return to you. 🤍📸

I’ve had the absolute joy of photographing this family before, and this time we met at the Backyard Wildflower Patch in Chesapeake, Virginia—and their little guy brought ALL the personality! 🌼

Goofy grins, big giggles, sweet smiles, and so many genuine moments. Watching him explore and just be himself while his parents laughed right along with him was one of those moments that reminds me why I love photography so much.

It isn’t just about beautiful pictures.

There’s something pretty awesome about a family with their hands—and hearts—full. ❤️🌼

Yesterday at the Backyard Wildflower Patch in Chesapeake, Virginia, I got to photograph a mom and dad whose arms were constantly filled with little ones… and somehow, every single moment was filled with even more love, laughter, and joy.

These sweet kiddos were absolute perfection as they ran through the wildflowers, played, laughed, and simply were themselves. 🌸

And parents, I want you to know something:

You do NOT have to worry about whether your children are “behaving” for family photos.

I don’t want perfect poses.
I want your family.

The giggles.
The wiggles.
The cuddles.
The chaos.

🌼 The kind of family session that makes you laugh long after the camera is put away. 😂❤️

Yesterday at the Backyard Wildflower Patch in Chesapeake, Virginia, I got to photograph one of the cutest—and funniest—families!

We all know how embarrassing our parents can be sometimes… 😆 But these kids? They gave it right back! There was so much laughter, teasing, big smiles, and those completely genuine moments that you simply cannot pose.

And honestly, that’s one of my favorite things about the Backyard Wildflower Patch. 🌻✨ There’s something so special about this little Chesapeake gem that makes families feel comfortable enough to just be themselves.

The silly moments. The belly laughs. The hugs. The chaos. The love.
