The numbers are in, and Norfolk is still firmly a seller's market — but with a few interesting wrinkles worth noting.
📊 Median sold price: $319,950 (up 5.25% from March)
📊 Months of inventory: 2.55 (still tight, but loosening slightly)
📊 Sold-to-list price: 100% — buyers are paying full ask on average
📊 Median days on market: 32 — homes that price right are moving
What this means in plain terms: sellers who price strategically are still getting their number. Buyers are showing up prepared and serious, but they're no longer overpaying across the board the way we saw a year ago. That's a healthier rhythm for everyone.
Year over year, Norfolk values are up roughly 3.3% — steady, sustainable appreciation rather than a frenzy.
