It really bothers me to think that THIS is AMERICA, the country I proudly wore the uniform for and watching what’s happening right now genuinely pi**es me off.

“A small price to pay?” We’re talking about the possibility of American cities like LA and San Diego being attacked and THAT is supposed to be a small price to pay because the wacku of a president advertising it? Wow.

I’m going to say this plainly: if you support this man and everything that’s happening, please unfollow me, unfriend me, block me or whatever you need to do because if I find out you rock with me and you rock with this, I’ll be the one to walk away.

Here comes that Military Intelligence side of me, because I’m going to research, read, verify, and understand exactly what’s happening and I’ll find out if you voted for this…I have nothing to do with you all..Nothing about this feels safe to me.

Some of y’all only have ONE home which is America and you’re cheering this on. Ridiculous!

Mental health is real, especially in our Black and Brown communities. Let’s continue to break the silence, be vigilant and your walk and talk, check on one another, protect our peace, and work toward better and stable mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health folks.

Check on the strong ones too…it’s important to do so. Your love ones may be carrying more than they show. Give yourself grace, seek help when needed and never forget to keep our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ first and ahead of our lives and if you don’t know him we’ll get to because I can tell you HE IS REAL..HIS PRESENCE IS REAL!🙏🏾 Shean C Cain

Sometimes you have to remind yourself who you are. I did…I’m him!

This doesn’t mean I got here alone. It took motivation, support, sacrifice, and people who believed in me along the way but growth isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it means leaving people behind, staying focused, and continuing to push forward even when it’s difficult.

Being self-reliant got me this far but I’ve learned that strength alone isn’t enough. Every lesson, every setback, and every victory has reminded me that God has been by my side the entire time even when I thought I was carrying it all by myself.

I’m still building. Still trusting. Still growing. At this time, I’m not relying on me alone. I’m letting God lead the way.

It’s a tall task tonight when 🇭🇹Haiti vs Brazil 🇧🇷 in the World Cup but I staying with my Haitians and this is why:

Haiti made history on January 1, 1804, when it became the first free Black republic in the world and the only nation created from a successful slave revolution.

Enslaved Africans, led by heroes like Toussaint Louverture and Jean-Jacques Dessalines, defeated the armies of France and won their freedom, proving that people fighting for liberty could overcome even the most powerful empire.

Haiti’s victory inspired freedom movements across the Caribbean, the Americas and helped pave the way for the end of slavery in many places.
