I can’t let strangers think I take bad photos just because it’s Facebook Marketplace. 🥴

I mean, why would I NOT use my thousands of dollars of camera gear I own to sell this?

I bet my Marketplace listings have better photos than some businesses.

I spent more time photographing this Marketplace listing than I’ll spend talking to the buyer.

I know this is completely unnecessary….but it’ll look so much better. 😂

The TBR is long and still growing, but in 2025 I somehow finished 35 books… so that helped 🫠

Honestly, 2025 was the first year I really fell into reading. My only goal was to double what I read in 2024 (which was 6 books lol) 😆

By May 1st, I hit 12… and just didn’t stop. By December, I’d finished 35 and genuinely shocked myself 😳🤩

So here are 5 that really stuck with me — the ones I’d talk your ear off about in person (just ask those close to me, they know😂🫶🏼)

Some of these shifted how I think, how I live, how I see things… and one is just a really, really good story.

No trends, no productivity pressure, just books I loved that might quietly grow your TBR too 📚🐛

Okay, hear me out for a second—this might actually change your wedding day. 💌🫶🏼

It’s about our moms 🙊

The truth is… it’s so easy for them to stay behind the scenes on our wedding day.

Making sure everything is perfect, fixing the little things, running last-minute errands, holding it all together—because that’s just how moms love us, they care for us. (I see you, moms 🥹💛)

But when your mom actually steps into the day…
when she lets herself be part of the day instead of the one managing it all—
it changes everything.

You get sweet moments like this. And those moments? They’re not just “extra” photos.
They’re the ones that feel like home years from now.

So here’s your little nudge ⬇️

pull her close before the wedding day and remind her:

everything else will be taken care of, there are people for that…

but what matters most to you is her being present with you.

P.S. She probably needs to hear that more than you think. 💛

I think maternity photos get talked out of more than any other session.

You may be feeling uncomfortable or not quite like yourself in the season. Or maybe you assume you’ll just document things once the baby is here.

But every time I photograph this season, I’m reminded how tender it really is.

The way he looks at her.
The way he’s already more careful, more aware.
The awe in her eyes when I ask what she’s most excited about when the baby comes and she says, “Watching him be a dad.”

That part gets me. Every time.

It’s the beauty of experiencing your spouse and falling in love with them in a whole new way.

It’s not just about the bump.
It’s the last stretch of being just the two of you — and how beautiful that season is.

Can I tell you the #1 regret I hear from brides so you don’t make the same mistake? 💙

It’s not the dress.
It’s not the flowers.
It’s, “I wish I hadn’t settled on a photographer.”

At the end of your wedding day, the flowers die, the dress is packed away, the music ends — and the only thing you have to remember it all are the photos.

I know weddings can be soooo expensive. I really do.
But here’s what I believe to be true:

Photos are one of the few things that only grow in value with time.

This isn’t just photos because that’s what we do; they’re memories you’ll come back to for the rest of your life.

This is your legacy in the making and the only thing you’ll have left when the day is over.

One day, these will be the photos your kids hold in their hands — and you want to be excited to show them. Not feel regret every time you look back.

Let this be your permission to care deeply about how your story is remembered and book someone your future self with thank you for. 💗

Dont shoot the messenger but… your Pinterest board might be hurting your photos.

I love Pinterest for inspiration. I use it too.

But when you try to recreate 27 different aesthetics in one session… your story quickly gets forgotten.

The best galleries happen when:
• you trust your photographer
• you lean into your natural dynamic
• you let moments unfold

Just like scissors beats paper every time, so does timeless beat trendy.

Let this be your permission to embrace the messy, the real, and the true you.

I know it’s tempting to skip it ⬇️ 💕

You don’t feel like yourself in this season or feel your best. You think you’ll just do newborn photos instead. You tell yourself it’s not that big of a deal.

But this season is sweet in its own way. 🤍

The anticipation.
The late-night conversations about baby names and who they’ll look like.
The “our whole world is about to change” feeling.

This is part of the story too.
And it’s worth remembering.🫶🏼🥰
