World Breastfeeding Week is about more than feeding a baby. It’s about the countless quiet moments, the learning curve, the late nights, the tears, the triumphs, and the deep connection that grows one feeding at a time.

Every breastfeeding journey looks different. Some are smooth, some are incredibly hard, and some don’t go as planned. None of those experiences make you any less of a mother.

If you’re in the middle of your journey, I hope you know this: you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up with love—and you already are.

Here’s to the moms nourishing their babies in whatever way works best for their family. You are seen. You are supported. You are enough.

Right now, you’re counting naps, washing bottles, running on too little sleep, and wondering if you’ll ever catch up.
But one day, you’ll miss the weight of his tiny body in your arms.

You’ll miss the way his little fingers reached for yours.
You’ll miss the sound of his baby giggles filling your home.

The moments that feel ordinary today...
will become the memories you treasure most tomorrow.

So take the photo.
Get in the video.
Hold him a little longer.

Because these are the days you’ll wish you could relive.

Can we normalize the fact that pregnancy nutrition isn’t always Instagram-worthy? 😅

Some days you’re meal prepping colorful salads...

Other days you’re celebrating because you managed to eat something before noon.

And honestly? Both can be part of a healthy pregnancy.

As a busy mom (or soon-to-be mom), you already have enough on your plate—literally and figuratively.

The last thing you need is guilt because today’s lunch wasn’t Pinterest-perfect.

That’s exactly why I wrote my latest blog.

Inside, I’m sharing:

✨ What nutrients matter most in each trimester
🥯 Easy, realistic meal ideas (because who has time for complicated recipes?)
