A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to get some pictures at a local business. Blue ridge beauty. They have the cutest salon and offer tanning sessions along with red light therapy. The owner is a doll and makes you feel warm and welcome. The coffee station was a nice touch, allowing you to grab a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate before or after your session. They have a nice selection of tanning lotions and sprays. Don't forget to grab some jewelry to go along with that pretty tan! On March 31st 2025 at approximately 2 in the afternoon, the wedding of Joe and Anika Burks was held at Community Advent Christian Church. It’s not every day that your niece gets married and or asks you to take the pictures. It was a great honor!
As my brother walked my niece down the aisle, I captured that first moment when Joe saw his beautiful bride.
Anika chose lovely colors of forest green and sunflowers, making this wedding so dreamy. After the ceremony we were all invited to a delicious meal and celebrating on the dance floor.
To Anika and Joe, it has been a pleasure watching you both grow in love
From the first school banquets where I took the first photos of you, to your engagement pictures, I’ve been behind the lens capturing your story every time and I have seen first hand how caring and kind you are to each other. Continue to love each other, have patience and always serve God together.

One week ago I had the pleasure of capturing my niece's wedding. She was one of the most beautiful brides I've ever seen!
They had a lovely ceremony and we celebrated big on the dance floor.
