I am thrilled to debut a brand-new, high-energy collection now live on my website: "Abstract Meadows: Psychedelic Pop Art Dahlias."

This series represents a fun, bold jump into my creative archives from Tuesday morning, April 30th, 2024. I wanted to break away from traditional landscapes and explore an explosive, graphic style that blends comic-book ink styling, 3D-layered depth, and classic mid-century Pop Art.

The collection centers on the bold forms of springtime dahlias and wildflowers, surrounded by a vibrant symphony of neon pinks, electric turquoises, and radiant yellows.

To resurrect these files for 2026, I put them through a comprehensive remastering process using Topaz Photo and Adobe Lightroom—sharpening the graphic outlines, enhancing saturated gradients, and balancing the watercolor splashes to ensure every print leaps off the wall with crisp, modern energy.

"Memories on the Water" depicts an older man sitting along a quiet, sunlit shoreline. When he looks down into the perfectly still surface of the lake, the water reflects a dreamlike image of his son from when he was a child. He is alone on the shore, but his most cherished moments stay anchored to the water.

A special shoutout and thank you to the Fish Heads group! Seeing the old oil painting of a fisherman posted there (artist unknown) completely sparked the creative gears for this concept.

To bring this vision to life, I utilized Midjourney to establish the emotional core, then spent hours refining the images in Topaz Photo AI and Adobe Lightroom. My goal was to maximize the crispness of the water ripples, enhance the golden morning light filtering through the pastoral trees, and give the final prints a premium, classic painterly feel.

Weathered Train Conductor on Foggy Platform

I created this image on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, using the Flux 2 Klein 9B Fast AI image generator model on NightCafe, Topaz Photo, Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.

My Windy Quiet Place, Martha's Vineyard, MA
