I sit quietly, camera ready, tracking a hummingbird as it hovers near a flower. Every few seconds, it darts away and returns, its wings moving too fast to see clearly. I wait patiently, adjusting the focus and timing the shot as the bird pauses in midair. The scene feels calm and natural, and I am fully focused on capturing a brief, beautiful moment that could easily be missed. Comment: Hummingbirds are awesome!

2026 WDC — Amanda Homan and her dog , Finnick vom Warkonhaus (placing 4th) absolutely owned the send away with precision ex*****on. The speed down the field and the down was unreal.
Moments like this are why I love sports photography — timing, speed, focus, and teamwork all coming together in a split second.
