I believe it
Studies have confirmed that women experience far greater negative impacts from clutter compared to men, including higher cortisol levels and a heightened stress response.
This may be linked to women’s tendency to internalize emotional distress and potentially carry more of the “mental load” associated with managing household organization and cleaning.
Also, women tend to have more reactive limbic systems (emotional center of the brain) which may make them more sensitive to their environment, amplifying stress response to clutter.
Unfortunately, when cortisol remains elevated for an extended period of time, this can lead to severe health issues for women such as deadly visceral fat weight gain in the stomach, anxiety, depression, no libido, fatigue, insomnia, cravings for sweet/salty foods, nausea in the morning, hair loss, headaches and more. If left unchecked for long enough, you can actually trigger an autoimmune disease in yourself or even cancer.
I personally suffered with pretty much every symptom I listed above for over 8 years until I learned everything was being caused by stress. Since I couldn’t run away from my family and home which are the primary sources of my stress 😂😭 I began taking a tincture of the stress-fighting/hormone regulating herb Rhodiola everyday which reduces internal stress (regulates hormones) even when you can’t reduce stress externally.
Rhodiola lowered my cortisol to such an extent that I not only lost 60 pounds but I healed all of those symptoms in myself literally going from fight or flight to rest and digest.
Rhodiola can do the same for you! Check out the Rhodiola I use, love and trust here: https://linktr.ee/thefarmacy ❤️
Weight loss is especially possible with Rhodiola because Rhodiola lowers your cortisol which speeds your metabolism back up (yes, stress significantly slows metabolism) and stops deadly visceral fat from storing on the abdomen. Rhodiola also triggers the release of an enzyme called hormone sensitive lipase which prompts your body to use fat stored on your body for energy.
