February 26th was the 8 year anniversary of buying my studio space! So many sweet families and babies have been photographed here. I've learned, I've cried, and I've grown in this space! A space I'm beyond thankful for. I can't wait to continue photographing here, meeting new clients, snuggling sweet babies and capturing the best families! Thank you all for 8 amazing years!

Here's your Saturday reminder to print your pictures! We changed out our frames today! I realized most didn't know this, but you can order refills on the Smallwoods website and don't need to replace picture AND frames!
Also how did my kids get so big? There's only a 5 year differences in the pictures! Check stories for a before and after of Lyla, my oldest! Also cameo of Mr. Andrea Rodger Photography! He loved every minute of helping me :)

First time I've edited since the holidays. Almost feels a little weird to have been caught up and to not open the laptop! 4 sessions to edit and starting with this sweet girl and her big brother-dog, Beau. I think if you learn one thing from my instagram, it's that we all need a baby and a golden! Sign me up for both!
This family traveled three hours to see me and it was the biggest compliment! 🤍 Even with a three hour drive, baby girl got here, ate and slept again for the next two hours! She was the best way to end my 2025 season!
Something exciting is coming Wednesday... 2 words... any guesses?

Goodness, another beautiful session. Remi did so good and maybe even stole the show a few times! Hopefully they are both this good again at Ellie's 1 year!
One thing I love is that this session was timeless. Nothing crazy, super simple & sweet, and intentional posing that in 10 years you won't be like, what was I thinking?!? Gimme more sessions like this please in 2026?!?

I love all the lovies that made their way into pictures this year! Mom asked for me to capture this and I'm so glad I did! How sweet and what a great memory to have. I can't wait to share baby sisters gallery but these 2 images needed a permanent spot! 🤍

Thank you so much for sending these photos over, they turned out wonderful (as always)! Martin and I both can not tell you enough how much we appreciate the work you do. As you know first hand 2 year olds can be challenging at times and you never know what you’re going to get, like acting grumpy (out of nowhere) when we first arrived for these pictures. Ha! We both appreciate though the extra patience and effort you show in working with George every time to get smiles from him and truly capture him- all the fun and sweetness through the orneriness too! Your extra effort definitely does not go unnoticed by Martin or I, and we can not say how much we truly appreciate it!
